The audiologist told me my insurance does not cover hearing aids, the cost of hearing aids would be about $5,000 and asked if that much money is in my budget. Me: No!!! He never told me that financing was available. I went home, came back a week later. They refused to let me buy hearing aids because I was diagnosed with sebboric dermatitis, even though I found financing to help me pay for hearing aids. A month later they c alled me wanting to order hearing aids for me, I was NOT given a choice of the type of hearing aids I would get. The woman announced to me that these are the type I’d be getting and the color I’d be getting.
