Dr Simons is chief of heart rhythm services at Englewood Hospital and an assistant clinical professor at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He is board certified in cardiovascular disease and clinical cardiac electrophysiology. He specializes in the evaluation and treatment of heart rhythm disorders and conditions through the use of catheterization, cryoablation, and implantable devices. He has particular interest in atrial fibrillation, catheter ablation, cardiac resynchronization therapy, implantable cardioverter defibrillators, and pacemakers, Dr Simons received his MD from Duke University School of Medicine.
