Dawn earned her nursing degree from Clarion University in Clarion, Pennsylvania, and a Master of Science in nursing from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She has a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
