horrible degrading experience that triggered a PTS episode in the office. No one should be put through this. She was condescending and acted entitled during the interaction with me. No warm fuzzy bedside manner. I have worked in healthcare for 20 years and never witnessed or experienced such truly poor behavior. She will treat you like scum with a smile on her face.
