Conor Blanco, DO is a member of Summit Health's Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) team. As a pediatric otolaryngologist, Dr. Blanco specializes in the treatment of airway disorders, sleep apnea, and hearing loss in children. He has a special clinical interest in the treatment of congenital airway disorders such as laryngomalacia, which is a condition caused by weakness of parts of the larynx. He also has an interest in cochlear implantation for congenital hearing loss. Dr. Blanco also trained in endoscopic ear surgeries to offer his patients the latest in minimally invasive surgery.
Dr. Blanco prioritizes putting his young patients and families at ease, carefully explaining diagnoses and treatment options, and making trustworthy connections over their course of care. “It is extremely gratifying to be able to make a positive impact on my patients and their families,” he says.
Growing up with a family member with disabilities inspired Dr. Blanco to pursue his medical career. His passion for helping children of all abilities extends to volunteerism, including the Special Olympics.
In his free time, Dr. Blanco enjoys cooking, skiing, going to the beach, and watching University of Notre Dame football.
