Christopher Hydorn
Christopher R. Hydorn, MD, received his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore. He completed his internship and residency with the Palmetto Health/University of South Carolina School of Medicine Department of Orthopaedics in Columbia and completed a fellowship in Pediatric Orthopedics at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. He currently serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery and the Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America. He serves as a member and participates in several committees at the Prisma Health in the Midlands. He is currently serving as Chair on the Administration Medical Committee & Vice chair of Medical Affairs Committee for Orthopedics at Prisma Health. His specialties and clinical interests include Pediatric Orthopedics surgery, pediatric fractures with growth plate involvement, hip disorders in adolescent & youth, scoliosis, hand and foot deformity and limb lengthening and external fixation.Services
