Shannon M. Rosario, PharmD, BCACP is a member of Summit Health’s Clinical Pharmacy team. Dr. Rosario specializes in Ambulatory Care Pharmacy, is certified in Medication Therapy Management, and is trained in pharmacy immunization. Before joining Summit Health, Dr. Rosario was an ambulatory care clinical pharmacist with a large wellness program on Long Island.
