Kacy is good at what she does, I have been seeing her for quite some time now, and she is really good at switching your medication if one doesn't work for you and just by your symptoms, she can always tell what is needed with your medicine either you need a higher dosage or to switch to a different kind of meds. I have had no issues with Kacey, but I have had issues with the nurses/receptionist there as they are pretty bad at answering the phone. I keep my appointments with Kacey via telehealth and she is always so kind and understanding, she does what she can to schedule me so I can still make ni to work on time. I really enjoy seeing Kacy, I initially started seeing her because I wanted to start medication for my ADHD and depression/anxiety. She was very well and slowly starting me on the right medication so I don't get sick or anything. and in the begging, I would see her every other week then every 2-3 weeks now I don't see her until every 6 months or so! She's gotten me to a point where I run very smoothly on my meds that I don't need to see her too often. If something comes up I can call or email and she usually will get it taken care of. I really like Kacy and I recommend her to anyone especially if this is your first time starting medication, she is very patient and works very well with you and your needs.
Kacy initially comes across a pleasant, thorough medical practitioner.. In reality she is a sub-par, second rate RN and her support staff is beyond incompetent and would consistently call in my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy MULTIPLE TIMES.. I chose to change medical providers which required me to have my mental health medications filled one last time by her until my first consultation with the new medical provider - SHE CHOSE NOT TO WITH NO OTHER REASONING THAN PURE, UTTER SPITE TOWARDS ME.. She was the only person (“doctor”) who had the power to do the right thing by bridging the gap and providing me my mental health prescriptions, however, she incomprehensibly decided to make me suffer by going “cold turkey” for two weeks until my upcoming doctors appointment with a new provider.. Not only is this behavior reprehensible, it’s downright evil and spiteful.. Avoid Kacy and avoid CHI by all means necessary!
