Jessica Rieder, MD, a board-certified specialist in adolescent medicine, is Associate Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She is founder and Director of the Bronx Nutrition and Fitness Initiative for Teens (B’N Fit) weight management program, a joint venture between The Children’s Hospital at Montefiore and the Mosholu Montefiore Community Center. Dr Rieder earned her bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from the University of Alberta in 1990 and her MD degree with honors in research from the same university in 1994. She completed her clinical training, including pediatric residency, chief residency and adolescent medicine fellowship, at The Children’s Hospital at Montefiore.
