As an associate professor in the University of Florida Division of Thoracic Surgery, I assure patients that our team is with them every step along the way. I specialize in thoracic surgery, and my clinical and research areas of interest are benign diseases of the esophagus, esophageal cancer, general thoracic surgery and lung cancer. I received my medical degree from the College of Medicine, University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and completed an internship and general surgery residency at the University College Hospital, also in Ibadan.
