I provide psychotherapy and art therapy services for young adults, adults and seniors. As we move through our lives, they can be difficult at times and it takes courage to reach out for support and help. I will hold a safe comfortable non judgmental space for you to express your thoughts and feelings in. I believe in the clients own inner guidance to assist us in the therapeutic process. I am not a trauma trained therapist so if you are wanting to work on a past or current trauma issue then we are not the best clinical fit.
I am a LPC - Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Art Therapist (ATR). I have worked for 8 years as a psychotherapist and art therapist for the Colorado Heritage Adoption camps, the Parkinson Association, LGBTQIA Community Center of Denver, the Epilepsy Foundation of Colorado, Alumia Institute, Assisted Living centers, in community mental health and in private practice.
She has a graduate degree in Art Therapy from St Mary of the Woods College. She also has a master's degree in Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa University and a graduate MBA degree from the University of Denver.
I honor all races, ethnicities, genders, religious and spiritual traditions and the LGBTQIA community in my practice.
