Joon Choi, DO, FAAP
Dr Choi earned his medical degree at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine. After receiving his doctorate, he went on to complete a pediatric internship and residency at the Walter Reed National Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. He served 8 years on active duty in the United States Army, including as a pediatrician and Brigade Surgeon. Dr Choi is board-certified in pediatrics and provides pediatric primary care to children of all ages at UF Health Pediatrics - Magnolia Parke. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and a Pediatric Advanced Life Support instructor. When not in the office, he enjoys writing, Crossfit, and running.
