She listens to you. You look into her eyes and you see honesty. From the get go, you see her wheels turning; she's going to try to solve your problem. She's a young scientist, I suppose. However, she knows and is checked by her limits. She was just absolutely the best thing I could have hope for on the day I need her to be her. Sometimes life works.
