Dr Prophit chose a career in medicine due to her love for science and people. Her high school math teacher encouraged her to stretch beyond her comfort zone and challenge herself intellectually. Dr Prophit enjoys the variety her work offers her. In her spare time, she enjoys reading. My goal is to provide a common sense approach to evaluating and treating the problems my patients are having. I see myself as a translator of medical information to layman's language to work out a solutions to the problem.
