Dana Peterson Dorsett, LCSW
I am a seasoned therapist specializing in anxiety, depression, relationship issues, health issues, poor body image, trauma, and grief. I work from a holistic perspective, helping the client explore and balance their 4 levels: emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual. Methodologies used: Mindfulness, CBT, Hypnosis, Meditation/Breath work, Bowens Family Systems, EMDR. I work with individuals (18 and up) and couples.

I teach that it’s not so much about what’s happening to us, more importantly, it’s about where we decide to place our focus, how we decide to handle the situation and who we decide to become because of the situation.”
What are the 4 Levels at 4 Level Therapy, LLC?
We must learn to balance and tend to all 4 levels. Each level influences the other:
PHYSICAL: Observe and Act
Develop and enrich relationships with your body, others, your behaviors, and the physical/material world. Learn how to apply tools for change and create shifts.
MENTAL: Mold your Mind
Learn to observe without judgment & practice using tools such as: reframing, changing perspective, gratitude attitude, focus, compassion, non-judgment, non-grasping, commitment to self and others, positivity & self-talk.
EMOTIONAL: Listen and Respond
Feelings are simply messages yearning to be heard, dealt with, and then set free to move out of the body. Learn how to honor your feelings and tend to them.
SPIRITUAL: Connect
Cultivate deeper connections to what Spirituality means to you: Source, Higher Power, Nature, the Arts. Practice through meditation, journaling, contemplation, prayer, or you time.
