She completed a clinical psychology internship at the University of Florida Health Science Center/Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Florida, followed by a fellowship in clinical psychology at Rothman Center for Pediatric Neuropsychiatry/University of South Florida in St. Petersburg, Florida.
