William P Madigan Jr., MD, F.A.C.S., F.A.A.P., a pediatric ophthamologist and the chief of the Division of Ophthalmology at Children's National Hospital. He is a professor of surgery and past chair of the Department of Ophthalmology at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) School of Medicine in Bethesda, Maryland from 1995-2015. He received a bachelor's of science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and his medical doctor degree from USUHS.
