Dr. Tull received his medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, North Carolina. He completed a residency in orthopedic surgery at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri, and then was selected to complete fellowship training in adult joint reconstructive surgery.
