She joined the Bethesda Family Medicine residency program and graduated in 2009. During her clinical rotation with the TriHealth Sleep Center, she was intrigued with the effects of sleep on a patient's overall wellbeing. Dr Thirugnanam joined the Sleep Medicine fellowship and graduated in 2010. She worked for the Sleep Management Institute for seven years, returning to TriHealth in 2018. She also became board-certified in Obesity Medicine in 2018. Dr Thirugnanam has a passion for helping people become healthy and stay healthy.
