Carolyn Grider, DPT, is a physical therapist with specialized interests in orthopaedics and sports injury rehabilitation. She is dedicated to helping patients heal by developing personalized treatments to optimize strength and physical performance.
Carolyn earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Arcadia University in Glenside, Pennsylvania, and her Bachelor of Science in Biobehavioral Health from Pennsylvania State University in State College, Pennsylvania. She is a certified running coach through the United Endurance Sports Coaching Academy (UESCA), as well as a nutrition coach by Precision Nutrition (PN) and certified fitness trainer through the American Council of Exercise (ACE).
