Dr. Deborah Bilder is Medical Director of the Neurobehavior HOME Program. In this setting, she provides medical and psychiatric services in a novel medical home program in Salt Lake City, Utah, which serves individuals throughout the lifespan with developmental disabilities. Dr. Bilder also provides psychiatric consultation to the University of Utah’s metabolic genetics clinic for individuals with PKU. She is an Assistant Professor at the University of Utah Department of Psychiatry in the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Bilder received a B.A. degree at Wake Forest University; an M.D degree at Vanderbilt University; and completed her Triple Board (pediatrics, general psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry) residency at University of Utah. She is board certified in all three specialties. Following residency, she received certification through pediatrics in Utah Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities. Her research interests include autism epidemiology, autism adult outcomes, and psychiatric complications of PKU.
