Rebecca C. Pierson, MD, earned her medical degree from the University of Toledo College of Medicine (formerly the Medical College of Ohio), completed obstetrics and gynecology residency at Indiana University, and fellowships in Clinical Pharmacology at IU and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Louisville. Her undergraduate degree is from Denison University.
Dr. Pierson has a particular interest in educating women about reproductive health and sees patients with a variety of reproductive endocrinology health issues. She is interested in in vitro fertilization (IVF) and advanced fertility treatments, reproductive surgery and fertility preservation, and she welcomes patients who identify as LGBTQIA+. She has served in a wide range of healthcare environments.
She is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Memberships include the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine and the scientific research society Sigma Xi.
Dr. Pierson lives with her family in Indianapolis and when not practicing medicine enjoys knitting and gardening.
