Dr. Nathaniel Lee specializes in the surgical management of both benign and malignant conditions of the liver, biliary tree, pancreas, gallbladder and GI tract. His additional surgical interests include adrenal masses, abdominal and retroperitoneal masses, extremity soft-tissue sarcoma, and high-risk skin malignancies including melanoma. Dr. Lee offers robotic surgery, a less invasive approach, to patients when appropriate. He is also available for second opinions to offer peace of mind or additional treatment options. Dr. Lee is a Community Health Network MD Anderson Cancer Center physician.
Dr. Lee completed medical school at West Virginia University School of Medicine, followed by surgical residency and a research fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond. He completed specialty training in complex general surgical oncology at the John Wayne Cancer Institute in Santa Monica, CA.
Dr. Lee is a member of the Society for Surgical Oncology and American College of Surgeons.
When he is not taking care of patients in the clinic or at the hospital, Dr. Lee and his wife enjoy spending as much time as possible outdoors, whether hiking, camping, or just enjoying the fresh air on a patio.
