Anne Jeannette
Dr. Blaschke completed her medical degree at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency and fellowship in pediatric infectious diseases at the University of Utah and Primary Children"s Hospital. She is currently an Associate Professor in the Division of Pediatric Infectious Diseases at the University of Utah. Dr. Blaschke´s clinical interests include general infectious diseases and serious bacterial infections including pneumococcal and staphylococcal infection, as well as antibiotic-resistant organisms. Dr. Blaschke´s research interests include the development of rapid diagnostic testing to improve the management of bacterial and viral infections in children, and investigation of bacterial factors that lead to severe invasive infection.
