He specializes in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias, particularly in the implantation and management of implanted pacemakers and defibrillators. Pacemaker and defibrillator lead extraction is a highly specialized technique in which Dr. Freedman is greatly experienced. Dr. Freedman received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School. He did his internship and residency at the Massachusetts General Hospital and his cardiology training at Stanford University.
