Dr Metts specializes in the care of adolescents and young adults with sarcoma. He received his MD degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. He completed a Pediatric Residency at the University South Florida Morsani School of Medicine followed by a Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Fellowship at Emory University School of Medicine and the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. Dr Metts joins us from Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida where he continues clinical care and research as a part-time Assistant Professor in the Cancer and Blood Disorders Institute.
