Dr. Moreno was born and raised in Texas and is a veteran of the US Army. He earned his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio. He completed his residency at Christus Spohn Hospital in Corpus Christi and holds board certification from the Dr. Moreno pursued a career in medicine to help and serve others and says his favorite aspect of working as a medical doctor is seeing his patients.
