Dr Chris Guidry is dual board-certified in general surgery and surgical critical care. He serves as a trauma surgeon, general surgeon, and surgical intensivist at Piedmont Medical Center, Rock Hill. He grew up in Houston, Texas and graduated magna cum laude from Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA. Inspired with a passion to help the underserved community, he pursued his medical degree at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA. There, he began his medical school training at Grady Memorial Hospital in metro Atlanta, GA, treating patients from all areas in the community. He was inducted into the national Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society during his medical school tenure.
