Dr Bock graduated from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2001, and won numerous awards and honors during his medical school training. He completed a residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Iowa in 2008, including a 2-year NIH-funded research fellowship studying the molecular biology of head and neck cancers. Work during this research fellowship lead to multiple publications and three United States patents.
