Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare: When I was growing up my favorite subjects were science and art which led me to specialize in prosthodontics. My interest in sleep medicine developed later during active duty service with the US Navy. I truly enjoy what I do; working with patients is meaningful and enriching and I learn something new every day. What I want my patients to know about me: I serve on the Board of Directors for the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and enjoy teaching residents and dentists interested in dental sleep medicine. I love continuing education and talking about recent developments in our field.

I couldn't sleep and my snoring was bothering my kids and husband. I couldn't wear that dreadful CPAP so I went and saw Dr.Cantwell to get fitted for a sleep appliance and it was life changing! She was so helpful along with her team. I was extremely happy with the service I received from Dr. Cantwell. Her practice is top notch. She and her staff are very friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They are always on time, the office is very comfortable and I would recommend her office to anyone. The appliance has worked well.
