I am so sorry to do this but I really liked Dr. Nelson and I was happy when I started seeing her at the beginning of 2023. Her bedside manner was caring and I liked how she explained medical stuff in lay mans terms.
Unfortunately her billing is padded with unnecessary additional medical codes. I tried to give her benefit of doubt and sought clarifications but she does not respond to any in person or written requests. I am stuck having to pay for services the she did not provide and does not want to clarify.
