He finished his Internal Medicine Residency at University of Nevada, School of Medicine at Reno and served as a research associate at Texas A&M University Health Sciences Center, Center for Epigenetics, Cancer Prevention at MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX. Dr Yavuz found his love during these busy and productive years and got married. He decided to move to Austin, TX to serve the community where he feels he belongs.
