Dr LoPiccolo is an attending physician and lung cancer researcher at the Lowe Center for Thoracic Oncology and Center for Cancer Genetics and Prevention at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. She received her MD and PhD degrees from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, completed her residency training in Internal Medicine at Johns Hopkins Hospital, and fellowship in Medical Oncology at Dana-Farber/Mass General Brigham. Her research focuses on genetic predisposition underlying young-onset, oncogene-driven, and EGFR-mutant lung cancer, and translating these findings into improvements in screening, prevention, and treatment.
