I am passionate about delivering exceptional care and continuously learning about the field of cardiology so my patients can benefit from the most advanced treatments available. I am originally from Rock Hill, South Carolina, and now live in Statesville, North Carolina, with my husband and our two sons. When I am not attending their football or baseball games, or band competitions, you can find me gardening, reading, singing or exercising.

After high school, I worked in the registration department of my community's emergency room. Witnessing the fast-paced, critical nature of emergency care made me appreciate the dedication and compassion of healthcare providers and inspired me to go to school to become a nurse practitioner.
