Dr Jha has over 23 years of experience as an abdominal radiologist with specific expertise in hepatic, pancreatic, and biliary imaging. She initiated the imaging program for transplant surgery at Georgetown over 20 years ago, and as the prior director of MRI for 17 years, she has a detailed understanding of the use of advanced MR imaging. Dr Jha has lectured at many national and international courses and has been the recipient of several teaching awards. She is also a lecturer at the American Institute for Radiologic Pathology (AIRP) in the GI section, focusing on hepatobiliary disease.
