Dr Sahyouni, native of Syria, graduated from the University of Aleppo School of Medicine in Aleppo, Syria. He then trained in internal medicine at New York Medical College at Bronx, NY. Dr Sahyouni achieved board certification in internal medicine and has been practicing wound care in the Advanced Wound Center at Clinch Valley Medical Center since 2010. He became board certified has been practicing diabetology since 2015. Practicing diabetology since 2015. He also completed Diabetes Intensive Training at the Mayo Clinic is 2015. Dr Sahyouni is happily married, with three children and two step children. He has two grandsons and three step grandsons.
