They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting.
