If I could give this physician and his staff zero stars I would. If you have any love or respect for your family member avoid this abusive physician and find someone else. They would probably find themselves in a better situation by not even stepping foot into this office. To say they are a disgrace is putting it lightly. The office staff is unprofessional. They have patients waiting from 8:30am, elderly patients, while the office staff sneaks in patients they either have personal or professional relationships with. By the time my relative was brought into the exam room it was 4:30PM. Eight hours after her appointment time, with nothing to eat or drink all day. Once in the exam room this physician decided to take a personal call and once she voiced her concerns he started berating her that others came to her defense. She was subsequently thrown out of his office without being seen and informed that she was no longer a patient, irrelevant on his behalf considering that no one would ever return after experiencing that abuse. It’s a shame that individuals that are supposed to help our elderly and are in a position of power to do so take to abuse instead. As an individual that has spent her career advocating for others, it was not only disturbing to hear of the occurrence but unfortunate that I was not there to advocate on her behalf while this abuse took place. Hope this helps others avoid this physician and their loved ones dignity.

What a disaster! This doctor and how he makes his patients wait is ABUSIVE. We are mostly elderly that come to this office, and appointments are not given. So, you come and wait. People gather as early as 6am to get a number. Mind you, for most of us that means arranging for transportation. We then wait... many times he does not even arrive until after 11 am. We are elderly... and are made to wait sometimes standing, hungry. I wish I could more formally complain. Its truly disgusting. Unfortunately, the injections he gives for joints work and mostly the elderly have these ailments. I will look for another provider. I feel sorry for those who have to see him.
