The wait in the waiting room always feels ten times longer when they don't have a good magazine selection, but they have one of the best selections I've ever seen here. They were very entertaining and up-to-date. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always make sure that they are available, and I've never had a problem reaching them in an emergency. I know that I can always count on them.
