I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I've always appreciated how flexible they are with their appointment times. They always make an extra effort to accommodate my schedule and set up a time for me that's convenient. It was incredibly easy to get an appointment with them. I didn't have to wait at all.

The doctor and office staff makes an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel important. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. The staff definitely believes in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Dr. Buchoff is the most respectful, courteous doctor I've ever been to although his countenance is stern and rarely smiles, he is an intelligent, caring doctor. Bedside manner doesn't mean that much to me as long as the doctor knows "his stuff" and cares for medically to the best of his ability.
