My daughter called for an appoinment....needed to see someone today...the person that answered the phone was extreamly rude!...told her they could not accept her.....I called to find out waht their process was and the Manager said I am sorry we can not accept your daughter....I asked for a reason, and that whe was really looking to see somene today...she said " We are a private practice, we dont have to take anyone, we will not take your daughter"....wow!....I think that Dr. Anderson should find out why her staff is so rude and turns away people in need! Unbelievable....I would NEVER recomend anyone going there, expecially if you are allready in need of Psychiatrist!...NOT GOOD! They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. One thing I really didn’t like, was how much they rushed my appointment. It didn’t feel like they were really listening to me. I had an emergency recently, and I couldn't get a hold of them. It was frustrating to know that I couldn't count on them. I would never recommend them to anyone. If I had known how terrible it was going to go, I never would have gone in the first place.
