I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I had to call several times before someone finally picked up. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. I wasn't too impressed with their staff. They were decent, but they weren't very friendly or welcoming.
