They were able to address all of my questions and concerns in detail, and made sure they communicated with me clearly. I had an emergency recently, and was so glad when they took my call right away. It was so nice knowing I could count on them to be available when I needed them. I've always appreciated how quickly they return my phone calls. They usually get back to me within two days. Every time I have a question, they always make an effort to answer it over the phone instead of making me drive all the way down there for an appointment. They are always very respectful of my time and schedule. I've never met a more attentive doctor anywhere else. They listened carefully to all my input and addressed all my concerns.
