This doctor cancels your appointment and notifies you when you actually arrive for your appointment and after you have paid your insurance co-pay! They tell you you have been bumped and your next appointment date is more than 3 months away. No consideration whatsoever for your time! Not to mention, he let your arthritis problems develop to the point of no return and then refers you to a surgeon of his choice. By the way, don't blindly trust that surgeon either -- get a second opinion! I'm leaving this doctor for his lack of interest to treating my disease...
