They almost never cancel my appointments. On the rare occasion that they have to, they always tell me way ahead of time. They're always on time for all of my appointments. They've never kept me waiting. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
