It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
