- It's amazing the role that food plays in the way we feel.
- Once you understand what's in your food, it's really hard to go back and eat foods that have chemicals and additives -because of how different you feel.
- When you reach your optimal health and calling, you can do miraculous things.
- When you start to take care of your body and start to lose weight, you'll notice you feel younger, have more energy, and get healthy from the inside out.
The Food Industry
- The food industry reacts to articles that posted by Food Babe by either calling Vani Hari direct or by making public or secret changes.
- The more people who know the truth, the more they will demand better products, and people will start voting with their dollars.
- Food companies are losing money because Americans are waking up.
- All of us have the right to know what's in our food and to ask questions.
The only sector of the food industry that continues to grow each year is the organic sector. (Expo West consumed the entire Anaheim Convention Center)
- Businesses that Food Babe targeted have had positive growth after making changes.
- Food companies have had too much power over the FDA, which controls the decisions made in Washington.
Good Habits
- Add one green drink to your diet each day (can be as small as a wheat grass shot or a green smoothie or juice).
- Once your body starts to get the nutrition it needs, it will stop craving fast foods.
- When your body is satisfied, gets the nutrition, and you stop eating empty calorie foods, your body starts to change.
- Your weight will regulate once you make the change, your skin will get brighter, organs will start working more efficiently, and you will start to look younger.
- The juice and smoothie revolution means making them is a lot more accessible at home or while you are away.
- If you are traveling, you can ask the room service or restaurant to make you a green smoothie.
Participating in the Food Babe Movement
- 1) Vote with your dollars.
Make sure every purchase you make at the grocery store is a healthy one and something that supports a company that is putting good food in your body.
- 2) Share what you learn about food with your friends.
