The most contentment that I have experienced is in being able to say 'I have all that I need' and really mean it, know it is true in my spirit. The more you say it the more reality is stirred up. It is really true that our God has given us all that we need.

Thoughts on this are wide and varied. Every time I feel less than happy I think about parents with sick children and I realized how good my day is going. The human condition is to be dissatisfied. It drives the world. Satisifaction requires appreciation for what you have. It's a constant exercise that I get better at with time. Try just giving what you have a little love and a face lift. I find that I have to force this behavior but it works.\n\nHave you ever cleaned your car yourself, adding an air freshener and a new CD can make it feel like new again? I find that this works with most things. New tires on and old bicycle will cause me to then clean it really well making it feel better than new.
