My mom-in-law ,a widow,has 2 strokes and has been committed 3 times at mental health facilities is at home now but medicare will not pay for her meds and she has used up her life savings paying for <url removed> she has considered put it on a credit card,that she couldnt pay for <url removed> any body help her
