I was forever a hard core fitness fan in the ARMY. After I got out I got in better shape then when I was when I was in. After taking a pretty demanding office position I simply wasn't giving the time to fitness that was needed and was eating the most convenient food. Now I am back to the gym 5 days a week starting at 4:30 am and haven't felt better in a long time. I just need to curb this addiction to fast food I've now realized I have formed.
